‘If you want something done right, do it yourself,’ goes the saying, and that’s exactly what the directors of then-Premier Linings did. Keith Felix and Jared Repen were tired of receiving poor service from their building contractors, and decided to create their own building company.
In 2016, they joined forces with Ray O’Connor, a career builder and long-time construction business owner known for his diligent and conscientious approach. Together they founded Premier Building Solutions, determining to be a company that kept its promises, went above and beyond for its clients, and could be relied upon for high quality results.
That commitment was the foundation that propelled Premier Building Solutions into growth and a trustworthy reputation across greater Adelaide. We have ongoing relationships with local government organisations such as City of Salisbury and City of Onkaparinga, government contractors such as Broadspectrum and Spotless, and corporates such as AGL. This is in addition to our work with many local businesses and organisations, from schools, to healthcare clinics, to South Australian household names like Wallis Cinemas.
