This project involved an internal refurbishment of Servcorp’s workspace at 91 King William Street, focused on reconfiguring meeting, quiet, and work areas to improve functionality and acoustic performance. Works included selective demolition with careful retention and reuse of existing glazing, joinery, furniture, and lighting, alongside new full‑height acoustic and glazed partitions. The upgrade was completed with ceiling repairs, installation of new and reused doors, and a refreshed paint finish including exposed ceiling treatment to the former boardroom. Delivered during normal business hours, the refurbishment aligned with Australian Standards and safety requirements while minimising disruption within the occupied office environment.
