Mt Barker Primary School

This project involved the complete refurbishment of existing bathroom amenities, delivered under asbestos‑controlled conditions. Works included full internal demolition, new partitions and ceilings, upgraded flooring, tiling, plumbing, electrical and mechanical services, and the installation of new doors, fixtures, and accessories. External infill cladding was also completed to former door openings. The upgrade provides durable, compliant, and refreshed facilities with improved functionality and a clean, modern finish.
