LGA House Amenities and Lift Upgrade

This project forms part of the ongoing modernisation of LGA House, a multi‑level workplace accommodating approximately 30-40 staff. The works include comprehensive upgrades to all 12 bathroom facilities, modernisation of the building’s 3 lifts, and renewal of lift lobby wall panelling at ground floor level to align with the contemporary foyer design. Delivered within an occupied building, the project prioritises minimal disruption to staff, tenants, and the public, while providing improved amenity, accessibility, and durability. The upgrades complement previous refurbishments and support LGA House’s continued function as a modern, fit‑for‑purpose workplace.
