Koorana Gym Refurbishment

As part of the Marion Recreation Community Centre renewal program, this project involved a comprehensive refurbishment and front‑of‑house extension for the Koorana Gymnastics Club. Works included selective demolition, new structural framing, external cladding, roofing, and the creation of a welcoming reception area, meeting room, and an inclusive DDA‑compliant toilet. Supported by upgrades to services, finishes, paving, and accessibility, the refurbishment modernises the 1978 facility, enhancing functionality, safety, and comfort while supporting the Gym’s ongoing role as a vital community hub.
