OneSchool Global – Amenities Refurbishment

This project involves the complete refurbishment of existing student, staff, and accessible bathroom amenities within an operational school environment. Works include full demolition of existing partitions, wall and ceiling linings, floor finishes, plumbing fixtures, and associated services, followed by comprehensive reconstruction and upgrades throughout.

The refurbishment includes new underfloor plumbing and concrete reinstatement, framed partition walls, upgraded electrical and mechanical services, new plasterboard linings, floor and wall tiling, and installation of new plumbing fixtures, accessories, mirrors, hand dryers, signage, and aluminum glazed entry doors. Joinery to vanity areas and modifications to structural steelwork associated with relocated entry points are also included.

The project will deliver modern, durable, and compliant amenities designed to improve functionality, accessibility, hygiene, and presentation for students and staff, while ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with Australian Standards and NCC requirements within a live school environment.
