Construction Manager & Director

Ray O’Connor was a founder of Premier Building Solutions alongside Keith Felix and Jared Repen. Ray brings 20 years’ experience in the building and construction industry having worked on well-known large scale projects in Adelaide as a Project Manager. Ray is involved heavily in project establishment and delivery; he brings a passion, drive and care that is motivating for the team. Ray likes to spend his spare time cycling, or with his sons and granddaughter.

Jared Repen

Director

Jared is involved in site compliance and project delivery. Jared is keenly aware of client expectations and is heavily involved in ensuring needs are being met (or exceeded), and key stages are being delivered on time, and at an excellent standard.

Keith Felix

Director

Keith Felix is a Director at Premier Building Solutions. With over 15 years’ experience in the Construction Industry, Keith brings excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of the construction industry to PBS. Keith has a keen interest in competitive cycling and spends his weekends with his beautiful wife and children.  

Alexandra Stevens

Alexandra Stevens

Contracts Administrator

Alexandra is an experienced Contracts Administrator who joined PBS in June 2019 due to their continued growth. She has a background in commercial and retail fit-out, and is highly organised in her methods and approach to tasks. Alexandra enjoys good red wine and on the weekends can often be found assisting her partner in his demolition business.

Matthew O'Connor

Estimator

Matt has extensive history in the construction industry covering both administration and site delivery. With an end to end understanding of the construction process, Matt is able to accurately put together packages for pricing, and can often visualise and plan ahead to capture efficiencies and cost savings for our clients.
Matt spends his weekends planning and going on outings with his family.

James Hyndman

Site Supervisor

Joining the PBS team in early 2020, James has hit the ground running. He has quickly become familiar with the PBS delivery system, and his background in small to medium sized projects has enabled PBS to expand their delivery capacity in this space.
James is a doting new father and loves to spend time with his family in the outdoors.

Jason Gow

Business Development Manger

Jason brings to PBS over 30 years’ experience in the building industry, delivering both commercial and residential projects across Australia and a multi award winning qualified builder in his own right. Jason is all about servicing the client, by striving to achieve the best outcome for the client and finding the best solution for the project. Jason likes to spend his spare time with his beautiful wife and daughters.

Josh Richardson

Financial Controller – GrowthIQ

Josh is the Founder and Director of GrowthIQ, and is contracted as the financial controller of PBS. Josh’s passion to drive business success by offering clarity and up to date financial reporting assists PBS to make informed and well managed decisions.

Josh enjoys his AFL, and loves to spend time at the beach with his family.

Keri Hill

Bookkeeping – GrowthIQ

The PBS accounts and bookkeeping are managed by GrowthIQ with the safe and experienced hands of Keri Hill.
Keri works between the GrowthIQ and PBS offices; and on top of her excellent work ethic, she can be relied on for her warm smile and great sense of humour.

Heidi is the Co-Founder and Director of Recruit Connect, and is contracted as the Human Resources Manager of PBS. Heidi’s enthusiasm to drive performance, and partner with PBS to assist us reach our full potential through the power of our people, ensures that we have increased productivity and employee satisfaction. 

 Heidi enjoys playing netball and spending time with her daughters.
